OUR OBJECTIVES
- Job creation especially rural women and youth in their area of residence so they can be part of the economy mainstream without leaving their homes or at least their province of birth.
- To stimulate and educate the public about the importance of cultural industries, through creation of excellent and quality productions.
- Creating strong cultural exchange and exposure programs in order to promote tourism as another extension of the market sector.
- To motivate creativity and cultivate artistic talent and excellence in the theatre sector.
- To co-ordinate and facilitate capacity building workshops for companies, groups and individuals in issues of Arts business, fundraising and compliance.
VISION
Our vision is to develop and empower rural arts and artists especially women performers in Theatre and Dance. To give them access to participate in programmes of development like workshops on production, arts business as well as performance.
MISSION
Creating development programs that will assist excellence in script writing, directing, dance and drama production and performance, choreographic skills development for youth and women.
GOALS
Our goal is to be the number arts and theatre centre that will will collaborate with many stakeholders and ensure that our people are able to showcase their skills and knowledge.

Performance at the 2022 Women In Arts Manyano Festival as the top attraction of this year’s festival, after organization Artistic Producer Nondumiso Zweni won the 2021 Isakhono Woman In Arts Fellow Award.
